Hey Shredders
Well its done now. Day 14 is over.
Its been an extremely productive too weeks for me and as i read for the rest as well!
Deffinetely set the shredder-shere back into some serious motion.
After this really hard training week, today i felt totally wasted. Also all real opportunities to go to the gym or go swimming are not availible today.
So I took a much needed rest day.
Tomorrow i will probably take another rest day, since i havent had any rest days at all lately.
From tuesday on i will have more opportunities again.
Well like last weekend, i kinda got into a worse mood than usual.
Really am not a fan of weekends anymore.
Tomorrow will be the last day of the first half of Mission 2.
I am going to use the rest day tomorrow and have already today to prepare a few plans for the second half.
Im probably going to pass over nto a bulk up phase as opposed to my fat cutting phase ive been in lately.
Im very satisfied with my weight and bodyfat percentage right now, however i wan t to add a bit more muscle to my frame.
Well thats really all for today
Todays pic isnt as good as yesterdays, but its not too bad either.

Great job on the 14 day shred Danny! I think you are making the right decision with regards to bulking. You are at a point now where you will not do yourself any favours by cutting more. Slow and steady!

I finally got to doing the press ups and managed 33. Did have a chest day yesterday though!!
