Lot of action today.
Went to the gym for an hour today.
Went for 2 and a half hours of swimming also and hiked about 13-14 km while carrying a heavy load.
I and a friend had been spontaneous and decided to go hiking, and camp for the rest of the weekend and grilling over a real fire. So we went, but they werent selling any meat at the market.
So with that the neccisicity for a campfire left, and with that interest in camping kinda dwindled and went in the shi**er.
Next time we will get meat beforehand and prepare a bit better.
Anyuways i got alot of workout in through that and my quads are burning like hell now(had been burning slightly from running the previous days anyways).
Anyhow thats really all for today
I reached 86.2 kg weight today, which is once again my all time best.

P.S.: Measured bodyfat with accu measure today and checked out the fitting chart.
Apparently im 6.5% bodyfat right now.

Congratulations on reaching your lowest weight and bodyfat percentage so far!
Are you thinking of shifting gears to adding muscle mass anytime soon?
i am ron. Might shift that up at half time of my mission in a few days.
