Hey Shredders
No pics today. Didnt find the time. I had a doctors appointment about half an hour away and ironically had to wait there about a half an hour as well till it was my turn.SO lots of time spent.
After that I rushed to the gym and had myself a decent workout.
I say decent, because this morning i was struck with three big muscle-sorenesses.
One in my abs, 2 others in both tricepses, and the others in both calfs. It seems, my improvised workout yesterday really kicked my a$$.
This is a good thing of course as i in the past struggled to attain real muscle soreness in the abs and a calfs. Sometimes i love DOMS =P.
Anyhow, i did 425 Push Ups today. I struggled a bit with doing the last. Im not sure but i think i might be overtraining pushups a bit.
If it continues like that, ill listen to my body and shift things around a bit.
