Hey Shredders.
Today I finally got in touch with my recruiter again and now I have the official date for basic training.
I kind of expected this to a degree, but it still didnt fail to surprize me.
The Date is January the 13th!
I have more than 3 months left to shred before I leave you guys.
So without further ado id like to present my new mission goals!
This will be 12 weeks long/84 days. Now that i finally have confirmation i can stop with the mini-missions. Seeing as i have more time now, I will change my own push up plan. Like i said in yesterdays post, ive been struggling a bit on the last ones.
Now that i have confirmation of my 3 month stretch, i will be able to listen to my body instead of pushing through.
I want to continue with my pushups, but ill do them every second day from now on. Ill see how that affects it all. I think, the resting time will show some nice improvement on my pushup performance that i have been lacking lately(pushups in one set).
Mission 2 Goals:
- Pushups at 80 in 1 set
- Pullups at 20 in 1 set
- Swimming 500 metres in 10 minutes
- 65 meter underwater swim
- Hold breath for 3 minutes underwater
- Run 1 mile in less than 6 minutes
- Run 1.5 Miles in 8:55 minutes or less
- Reach a exellently defined six-pack
I wont lay off on the pull ups as opposed to the pushups though. I know how much pullups and chinups do miracles, for shoulers, biceps, triceps, lats, lower back and abs. In other words for almost the entire upper body. I want to make this more of a lifestyle, like i have with the pushups over the last month and a half.
20 pull ups is a great goal, and im already fired up for this.
Now to my last concern of this post. Ive been around the 89-90 kg for quite a while, jumping back and forth, but i deffinetely have seen improvement, even if my weight didnt change much. I believe, that this is due to muscle growth. A month or two ago i thought that i could maybe still go down to 83-85 kg or less, but now im not so sure anymore. I think if i really let it get there id be somewhere in the 6% bodyfat region or less. I cant be certain of that of course untill i try it, but i feel that im getting close to reaching a limit of losing weight.
That will be shown in the next time though if im now mistaken :-).
Well thats all for now.
Shred on
Danny

Hey Danny, good luck on your new mission! It looks more balanced now that you have pullups in it. With a deadline now in mind, you'll be pretty fired up for it!
