sorry for not making another post yesterday. I figured that the extra post already said most of it.
After writing it i did about an hour of my improvised training again and once agaon did a great job in burning up my calfs.
Today i went to the gym as planned. No pushups today or yesterday. My father wants to do a practice PAST(phisical aptitude and stamina test) tomorrow to see how well i will do in the actual test.
SO i rested up all vital muscles today.
