Hey Shredders.
The gym was closed early today so i didnt get the chance to swing by.
Instead I did a custom designed training that got me sweating for about 90minutes straight.
400 pushups today from me
Nutrition was alright, exept for a few extra calories.
The Challenge for this weeks highest one-day score has come to an end, and as i was the only one participating, i won. I hope next week will bring some challengers. There are plenty of challenges here for anyone.
