Pool is closed on mondays, so i went to the gym for 1 hour and 40 min.
Also worked on my pull ups and pushups again.
I now have a date for the phisical test(PAST). Its on this thursday.
Pretty sudden but im not all that nervous.
Today is day 1 of the group shred 2.0
Be sure that i wont bail out on this little mission.

Also i believe that the Group Shred 2.0 is really having a positive influence on the shredder-universe. Even after only 2 days now everyone seems be to be working hard. Including you guys.
