Day 111 --> M2 Day 29

Hey Shredders.

Awesome day for me today.
Before i went swimming, i went for a short run on the track(5 laps), then went swimming for 3 hours where i improved my underwater distance swim by 4 more meters, reaching 50 metres.For me that deffinetely is a milestone.Beginning this summer i wouldnt have dreamed of diving 2 laps in a full sized pool and even had problems doing one single lap. Just to be sure, i did it again a few minutes later.
After swimming i went for another 5 lap run around the track.
Nutrition stood out today as it was right on track for once.
Lots of tuna and chicken was on the menu.

Tomorrow is my last day before i take the phisical test(PAST) so i usually would rest up for best results. But seeing as group shred 2 is going on i cant just bail on you guys. Ill go swimming again tomorrow. No running or gym though. Ill get back to that after i take the PAST.

On thursday i wont be able to shred here at home as im gone literally all day, but im not worried about getting a workout. The PAST will no doubt burn up all my energy.

hehe beeing phelps would be something, eh?
Eating 10k calories a day and staying in best shape in the lower half of single digit body-fat.
OF course he works for it much more than i can even imagine doing, lol.

You are a master-shredder. Hope you can also take soem rest today beside the planned swimming to be completely rested and relaxed for the PAST. You will just power through.
