Day 108 --> M2 Day 26

Hello Shredders

Reward meal day today. SO i went a bit over the limit with eating, but nothing too bad.
Went to the gym today, for about an hour and went swimming for 2 hours before doing a little pace-training on the track outside. Pullups were of course also on the scedual.
All in all a good training day.
Tomorrow is a cardio day. Pool is closed and gym is closed as well on sundays.
SO my only option is running. And that is exactly what i plan to do.
Its kind of a more weak spot compared to the other parts tested in the PAST for me. I know that i will pass , because i managed to beat the time already, but i want to exeed the required time by as much as possible.

P.S.: I almost forgot. I checked myself with accu-measure today and it surprized me to see that accorting to the chars im at 8.5% bodyfat right now.
