Hello Shredders
As i thought, my weight hasnt really changed much, actually i am at my all time low right now eith 87.3 kg which is 100 grams less than my last all time low. SO nothing big there. Weight loss results at this stage are slow.
Well to my fitness scedual today.
I went swimming for nearly 2 hours.
After leaving i was going to do some running, but he first step outside the pool-facility was apparently the trigger for the outdoor shower and it started raining.
So No running.
I did mu compact pushup training routine today and feel stronger than ever in that aspect. Ill do my max pushups soon to see if ive really made mentionable progress.
My chinups have dropped from 8, down to 6 over the last week and is now back to 7 and a half. The road to success isnt always a straight one i guess.
Perserverance is the key.
I gave my recruiter a call today and found out that he now got himself certified to give the PAST(Phisical Aptitude and Stamina Test). I guess that explains why it took so long to get it all going. Also i seem to be the first person who ever tried out for a special forces job through him. Since i kind of interrupted a meeting with my call to him, i will give him a few availible dates on which i could be availible to drive down to ramstein and take the PAST, on monday. Either the 30th of oct, the 4th of nov or the 6th of november i will be probably taking the test.
Well thats really all for today.
Tomorrow ill go swimming again and will hopefully find the opportunity to go to the gym. Havent been there in a while now.
So Shred on everyone.
Good Night
Danny

You are right, perservearance is the key. I am having the same problems losing progress in some areas. But if you stick to the plan, in the end you can't help but succeed. Shred on brother!
