Short Post today. No pics today. Big rest day today.
Tomorrow im back onto training though.
The chart shos no progress for me today. Please send stats so i can update you.
My chest is still stinging alot on my right side. Hope i didnt rip a muscle. If its still like this when im at the gym tomorrow, ill stick to cardio.

As much as we all like "good muscle pain," do take care of "bad muscle pain." Know the difference and let it heal.
120 pushups today. I have a big chest workout planned for tomorrow, so we'll see if I can even do any pushups.

No problem with the pushups by the way. With the challenge i wasnt trying to throw your original training plan off track.
Hey Danny,
Just finished my workout this morning (Saturday). This workout I usually do 3 giant supersets of 3 chest, 3 lats and 3 delts resistance exercises. On my second superset I decided to do push ups as my chest exercise. Got to tell you, my upper body is toast! (a good toast though) I don't even think I can lift my arms up to wash my hair. haha
So, for today - I did a total of 160 pushups! That should make a total of 680 for the week! Who would have thought. :)

OK - I just did another 20. So that makes 180 today and gets me to 710 for the week.
just wanted to get above the 700 mark.

I agree with Larry, know when the pain is a good pain or a bad pain.
Today I was able to do 50 pushups straight.
