Hello shredders.
Not much of an improvement with my chest pain today, if at all. Im confident, however,that when it heals itself, it will become stronger than ever.
No push ups today.
I concentrated on abs, and biceps exercises in the gym today, and changed up my nurtition a bit.
If i cant lift big, then eating big is just a method to gain fat.
Also ive decided to switch up my nutrition plans for the last 13 days of the mission.
I want to burn of the layers of fat, and will therefor jump onto the cadio+calorie defecit train.
Like adam did several times in his missions, i will shred as hard as I can over the last 13 days to get that 4 pack clearly defined!
Its been rather stable lately and hasnt shown much/any improvement since it first appeared.
Tomorrow ill have a few softball games, so ill get in plenty of cardio there.

Hi Danny. If that's the DOMS in your chest I am jealous! I barely get it n my chest. I know, I'd just have to join the push-up challenge I guess.

yup AL. But you dont want this pain.
Even though today is alot better when compared to yesterday.
OK Danny - I stand corrected, the finish of the challenge is Septmeber 13th.

I did this challenge with only 1 day notice, so its fine if you go till the 15th for the challenge.
