Hello shredders.
I had a very busy day today.
Firstoff i went to the gym early this afternoon for slightly more than an hour.
Then I headed to the swimmingpool, as the weather was alright today and swam for several hours.
I did my pushups, and boy did my pec's hurt. I feel a stingin burn right now, even though i havet done any pushups in an hour. Its byfar the worst continuous pain in memory(next to breaking my index finger of course).
Its really a love vs. hate relationship.
I wanted to do my 200 pushups today, and it hit me, starting from 110 pushups and everything after was hell. I know, pain is an indication of my pushups working, however its also an indicator for when your body needs to recover.
Tomorrow, i will be busy all day, and wont do any training at all.
The parents of a good friend of mine(the guy i go to the gym with alot), are having their 25th wedding anniversary, and will have a big party. They need waiters for the party, and i, along with a few other friends were asked. SO thats whenre im at tomorrow.
Seeing as that, i focussed on pushing through today and doing my 200 pushups, so i can recover tomorrow and have almost enough"stored push ups"
You see, i calculate it this way. I have to do 150 a day to reach 3000 by the end of the challenge, but sometimes i can do more than that.
Like If i do 200 pushups today, ill have 50 pushups "stored" for another day.
Yesterday i did 220, and today 200, so i have a total of 120 stored push ups, ill use up tomorrow.
And on saturday ill make up for the missing 30 pushups by doing at least 180.
Hope you could follow my logic, lol.
Well nutrition was fine today, even if i missed out on one protein shake.
Ill see how it goes tomorrow.

I am pretty stiff from yesterday. Lats - go figure.

Hope you won't shake (because of the DOMS) when you serve the drinks tomorrow at the wedding anniversary!
hehe, dont worry, it went fine. My pecs are stil really burning though. Feels like a ripped muscle =P
