Day 42 --> M1 P2 Day 37

Hello Shredders

Uneventfull day today
Nutrition and exercise both worked in my favour.
I got in a good ammount of tuna today while hitting the gym in the afternoon.
Surprizingly today i saw that my gym has an accu-measure tool.
I didnt try it out, as i saw it as i was leaving.
Ill look it up on the net some more to see exactly how to use it, so i can try it next time.
My scale, as i often said, is a piece of junk telling me, that i am 26 % bodyfat.
Honestly, i dint think, that i look 26% bodyfat.
So ill give that a try at the gym the next time.

Tomorrow ill head out to swim some more.
Gotta get a bit faster.

By the way, im sure that some of you are following the olympics somewhat.
They had this amazing report on michael phelps's nutrition plan.
I was astonished at the amount of calories he was able to eat.
To add to that, a week or two ago i saw this documentary on the sumo ringers in china, who ate 10.000 calories a day!!!! In order to gain battleweight.
I couldnt even envision myself eating 10.000 calories a day and still staying in shape.
But Michael Phelps proves that it is possible. Yes, he eats 10.000 calories A DAY
His Breakfast is bigger than my entire daily meals combined!

Now i have to tell you, that a guy like him should be one hell of an idol to people out of shape, if not to everyone.
His successes combined with his ammounts of calorie burning over the day.(they guy is at 4% body fat.

Anyhow thats it for today. Hope the post wasnt too long
Good noght everyone
Shred on

Danny

There's no way you are 26% bodyfat! You are leaning up very nicely indeed. Keep shredding my friend.

Yup, I agree with Mike, no way that is 26% bodyfat. Remember that those bio-electrical impedance fat scales are influenced by your hydration (they read higher when you're dehydrated). Do try using that Accu-Measure in your gym (get somebody who knows how to use it) and then get one for yourself. It does take time to learn how to do it properly, so the first few measurements you make on yourself may be all over the place.

Just before sleeping tonight, I remembered to try another pushup set. I was able to do 47! (Granted I had a rest day yesterday and today).
