A short post today.
Nutrition was on target, and i got a nice and hard abs training in today at the gym.
I cancelled swimming due to the crappy weather, but i already made arrangements, with 2 friends to go swimming tomorrow instead.
What surprized me this morning, was that if i flexed my abs in a certain way, i could see a poorly defined 4 pack.
But thats still an improvement! I hope to reach the real 4 pack soon, seeing this.
