Good Morning readers.
Well like the title of this post undoubtedly shows im somewhat stunned.
This is why:
As you know already, ive first started losing weight on April the 10th this year, and it has been 92 days since. It was without a doubt the worst point ive ever had in gaining weight... I was gaining 1-2 kg each month becaquse i loved eating ( and honestly i still do love it =P )
When I was bored or without anything to do i automatically started wandering around the house, always ending up infront of the refridgerator.
Well Like I said a couple posts ago, my original goal was to reach 100 kg by my 18th birthday.
i didnt quite succeed but it triggered something in me... I have since been eating less and mostly leaving out dinner. Even though i didnt do too much exercise till 3 weeks ago i managed to get rid of a solid 10.6 kg in 92 days.
Im Currently at 96.9 kg.
10.6 kg in 13 weeks! No supplements or anything!
When I looked onto the scale today it dawned on me that, if i was able to lose that kind of weight without continous exercise and lifting and without any supplements(not even protein), what would I be able to do in the same ammount of time WITH hard training and protein shake additions?
Im really exited about the possibilities that have opened to me now. ^^
I will devote my coming 4 weeks to testing just this.
At some point between now and november i will be taking a 2 week vacation, but i cant pinpoint a certain date, as tickets to the states are through the roof. So im going for small Phase training "Missions", till i have deffinite date.
Ill be staring my 28 day mission coming monday.
Of course ill be working out till then as hard as ever, however i have another softball tournament coming up from tomorrow till sunday night.
I wont be able to take pictures there as all pictures i take at the moment are only on the laptop... and im not ready to leave my precious laptop in a unsecured tent without any power options or internet.
After this tournament, ill be done with it till somewhere in late september.
I have nothing planned for the 28 day mission excluding a 2-3 day trip to Ramstein Air Force Base where im beeing signed up to the air force and tested on both phisical and mental levels.
I dont have a deffinite date on that yet either, but ill post it here as soon as I get word from the recruiter.
Either Tomorrow morning or Sunday Night i'll add another post about my Mission 1 Goals.(possibly ill just keep it as phase 1 lateron, but for now ill use the word"mission" as im lacking of a more fitting word.)
Anyhow, thats it for now.
