Well Ill get right to the point today, as I am exhausted....
I completed my training for today entirely, also i have a photo i made today that ill use as a day 3 pic as well as a before picture. Ill post it under the training details again.
Training Completion on July 7th 2008
10 + 1 Push ups
10 + 1 Sit ups
10 + 1 Sit ups
15 + 1 Flutter Kicks
10 + 1 Leg Lifts
15 + 1 Dumbell lifts(10 kg)
10 + 1 Pull downs
27 + 2 Shoulder Routine
3 + 1 Triangle Push ups
8 + 1 Angled Sit ups
2 Pull ups.
Also I ran 10 km in 74.16 minutes, burning 643 calories on it.
I had my 3 litres of water, but i think im going to increase the ammount in near future when running for long distances.
Ive been researching the HIIT (High Intensity Intervall Training) and the Lactic acid Workout methods.
I will most likely work them into my workout in the near future.
Anyways, as I said, im wasted, so im leaving
