Day 7: Back on Track

G'day readers.

Well this was quite an eventfull day today.
I started with a session of HIIT this morning. 2/3rds through it, the treadmill died, and I seriously think, its busted.
of course I was disappointed as I wasnt able to do my cardio. It was raining practically all day sofar, and bike riding seemed unthinkable.
I waited for some time and around noon, it finally cleared up, and I went on a 23 km ride. I would have done, more however a couple of kilometres away from home, i first noticed, that my tires were almost out of air. This made my driving significantly more dificullt. Also on the last 6 km, it started to rain.... like crazy that is.
I came back soaking wet, but at least I had my cardio in for the day. Driving the bike didnt seem too bad, till the end when i got off and noticed how exhausted my legs were. Truly a great sense of accomplishment, when you have to take small steps due to exhaustment ^^

I did day 3 of the push up routine, and as i expected I wasnt able to complete the last cuircuit, lacking 4 push ups. This is most likely because my muscles didnt train properly while lacking nutrition and protein over the last week.
Im not happy with those results, so I will be restarting week 1 of the push up routine.

I am happy that I at least maintained my pull up strength at 2 and a half push ups max. Increasing reps on those is incredibly hard. So today I trained on my pull ups hard today.

Lastly, I tried out some more core exercises, to increase my overall health.

Now to what I changed up in terms of eating.
This morning I had 3 boiled eggs and a medium sized glass of milk.
Inbetween I went for an apple, before having a full lunch at midday.
Lateron I had my protein shake with 400 ml milk, and a 6 oz. can of tunafish.
My callories added up to roughly 2.300-2.400.
I already feel more energized and stronger than at any point last week.

I also maintained my weight at 95 kg, so at least my old sacrifices that i made unwillingly wont go to waste. I still have 21 days to go to lose 5 kg/11 lbs. But this time Im going to keep my muscle mass, and even increase it in the process.
Now that I finally have a structured nurtition and workout plan Im more confident than ever, that I will reach my goals on time.

Well thats it from me today.

Good Night
Shred on

Danny
