Day 6

Hey Shredders

No picture today as today is my resting Day.

As you can see In my last post, ive failed to entirely keep my muscle mass over the last week, and now im developing a Diet that will keep them there.
Also Im now certain that i cut back on the calories too much lately, and will now break it up into 3 meals, with 3 snack-meals inbetween, with a higher caloric intake than before.

I measured my BMR just now(for the 100th time...) and I came down to 2228 calories a day, that i should be eating to maintain weight while staying in bed all day.
According to my activity level I am supposed to multiply my BMR by 150 %.
In other words 3342 calories a day.

Ill go by a 2300 calorie diet or a bit more from tomorrow onwards. (developing plan as Im writing)

Danny, you need to stick to the basics...5 to 6 meals a day. The first 3 meals should include protein, a starchy carb and a fibrous carb. The next 2 to 3 meals should include a protein and a fibrous carb. With your calorie requirements at 3300, you probably shouldn't drop below 2400 calories and even then, I'd watch carefully because if you continue to drop lean mass you are only hurting your future efforts.
