Hello shredders
I completed my day as planned, exept for my 6 km run.
At 1.8 km it suddenly stopped(not stalled or slowed down, but stopped), then it went up to 16 on its own and then doen to the speed of 6. After that it went back to normal, but this malfunction was strange. I ignored it and went on after it fixed itself again. AT 2.2 km it did the same and i decided to quit, for the my own sake and for the sake of the treadmill.
I might try it again tomorrow though, just to get a cleared picture of the frequency.
Back to training. I also completed day 2 of the pushup routine

As i did last time i added another exhaustion round, which only reched 7 push ups.
Lateron, before taking in my protein shake, i also did a intense, no rest 20 minute abs shred, including, leg lifts, flutter kicks, imaginary bike riding, crunches and sit ups.
I took in my 3 lites of water as planned as well...
Well thats it for me today. I know its a bit short of a post, but rambling wont help anybody =P

sounds like a tricky treadmill there! Should keep you guessing :)
Im sure it will. Weve had it for about 6 years now with little to no use, so im not sure about the shape its in. It looks fine and feels fine, exept when it freaks out like today.
As long as I dont hit my face somehow im alright with occasional errors =P
Danny, the treadmill is trying to mess with you.
Itll take alot more to stop me from doing cardio though ^^
