G'day readers.
Well I finished day 5 today as planned, and am pumped by my results sofar.
I need a belt now since all of my pants are to large now ^^
This noon I did a HIIT running session,
6 km/h for 5 minutes warmup
1 minute of 12 km/h
1 minute of 8km/h
another 12 km/h run for a minute.

1 min 8
and lastly, one minute of another 16 km/h session.
The treadmill was fine today. It died once today and that was 3 seconds before completion of the progamm above ^^
As you can see, i added another 14 km/h minute, instead of a extra 12 km/h minute i did last session.
Next session im upgrading my 16 km/h sprints by 10 seconds each.
Lateron today I worked un my pullups, my core muscles and my push ups again.
Im satisfied with my progress sofar, however today i felt some pain in my right shoulder while doing push ups. I think i might have knocked out the segment of my spine again, that the doctor fixed some time ago. I did rest the week he told me to, however i dont know if doing usual, small things, affects it, as i felt my spine click right the day after he pushed it into position.
Anyways, im giving the pushups a rest for tomorrow, and continuing on sunday for day 3 of the cuircit.
I had my protein shake and my three litres of water today as planned.
Seeing as Ive hit cardio over the last 5 days, and the fact that I want to rest my shoulder and spine, ill take tomorrow as my rest day for this week.
