Day 139 --> M2 Day 57: Back on track

Hello Shredders

As you probably figured out from the headline, i had a pretty good day today.
Went to the gym for an hour and lifted nice and heavy.
Afterwards i went swimming for 2 hours.

Nutrition was really good and last nights sleep was great in timing and recovery.

So Ive got a strong start for a new and better week, compared to last.

Well thats really all for today
