Hey Shredders
Nothing more than a rest day today. So no pics coming up.
Im getting used to more and better timed sleep now.
Im sure this will help my overall health and performance.
Tomorrow is a swim and gym day.
Cant wait to get back into a good training week as opposed to last weeks bad training.

Hey Danny, rest well. I'm finding also need to get more sleep myself while on a muscle-building phase.
BTW, you haven't updated your pushup record on your sidebar yet!
since you actually build the muscle mostly while sleeping im alot more enthusiastic to sleep now than before.
