Hey Shredders.
Productive day today on Day 11 of the group shred.
3 more days to kick some a**!
I went running for 3 miles again today.
Also I went swimming for 2 hours today, which was nice and intense.
Lastly I did some calistenics this evening to end the day.
Nutriton today was maitnance level nothing more nothing less.
I feel fitter day by day(since the weekend), and am confident about this missions outcome. 4 days till half time of my 84 day mission....only that i wont take a break lol.
Anyways thats all for today
