Hey Shredders.
Looking back on the last 3 weeks i am noticing a pretty tough pattern.
Whenever the weekend comes and i am unable to go swimming, i inevitably seem to get into sort of a bad mood or simply am not happy with my progress. However during the week i am usually pretty enthusiastic and satisfied with my efforts.
Anyways, its the middle of the week now and im back into a much better mood and groove than on the weekend.
I went running 3 miles/4.8 km today and went swimming for 2 and a half hours, 1 hour later.
Im happy with todays efforts!
Nutrition was decent, but fitting the calorie goal.

P.S.: the pics look a bit off today since i got very little sleep after watching most of the presidential election on cnn.

I always seem to go better during the week as well. You are shredding like a champ Danny, keep up the great work.

Hi Danny. I think that's true of most of us. Weekends tend to be RUSH, RUSH, RUSH, and we dont' get the things done that we really WANT to do. Just be as consistent as you can. How d you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. :)
lol, you know, if i was really hungry for an elephant, id probably eat it all in one day, hehe.
But yeah i get what your saying.
Only that for me, the weekends are not busy enough since all kinds of facilities to workout close =P
