Hello Shredders
Once again a major improvement on pull-ups. 8 full pull ups!
Im bursting with energy lately.
Also I went swimming today. I was planning on running, however the track was literally full of children and trainers playing soccer.
Well as i hoped, i seem to have made a full recovery on this area. I can dive without problems again.
I also was happy to find that my endurance in the pool has only increased in the time i didnt swim.
Well thats all for today
