Hello Shredders
Today was pretty much a rest day. All i did was pull ups/chin ups.
Actually, if im honest, my progress is really surprizing myself, when it comes to those 2. When I came back from the USA i was again only able to do about 3 and a half(5 before i left), but i quickly recovered and today just barely missed the 7th chinup.
The pullup-bar was really a good buy, ill tell you that.
My plans for tomorrow are: gym, mowing lawn, running.
Well ill leave you to your business now

you are looking good...to the chin-ups: sometimes rest is the best trainer.

i now, juli. Thats been hitting be with the pushups especially.
Right now ill keep training pull ups every day. Not a bad thing, when the results keep coming at you constantly.
