Day 101 - 104 --> M2 Day 19 - 22

Hello Shredders

First of all i want to appologize for not blogging in the last couple of days.
I just never got to it and my daily picture habit seems to have temporarily broken.
However i haven't lightened up on the training.

On Saturday i went swimming again for 3 hours.

On Sunday i did some intense pace-training on the track. So i get a feel for how fast i am going and how fast i need to go.

On Monday i went to the gym and got a great lat, lower back, triceps, chest, hamstrings and quadriceps workout. ALL of these muscle groups are now increadibly sore.

And today, on Tuesday i went swimming for 3 hours again.
I wanted to do some more pace-training as well today, however i dont like to run in the pouring rain...

No updates on the time of the actual phisical test but any time now my recruiter should give me a call.

There you are! Good to see that you've stil been training hard. You will be the fittest recruit when you finally join the air force :)

lol i hope so ron.
Strangly in the last month or two a few good shredders have become inactive. Dont want to lose my incentive to shred here in the shreddersphere.
