Hello Shredders
Day 100 is finally here.
Once again i have some before and after pics but before that ill briefly get to todays activities.
3 hours of swimming. Stayed underwater for 140 seconds(2 min, 20 sec)for my new personal record. The pool was extremely cluttered today though so i coundt do the 500 meter sprint i was hoping to do.
After the swim i worked a bit on pacing myself on runs. I plan to do 1.5 miles (6 laps) in 9 minutes, so each lap has to be 90 or less.
So i ran a few rounds to get a feel again for how fast i am really moving.
Running on the treadmill only really threw me off balance.
Couldnt do as much as i would have liked to as a girls-soccer team arrives shortly after i did and took up the track + field.
On day 100 i am also at my lowest weight ever, 87.6 kg.
before: 107.5 kg -----> after: 87.6 kg.
Pretty much 20 kg less.
Actually im surprized a bit as yesterdays nutrition was not the best ive had. I guess the 2 hour swim cooked away those extra calories with ease.
