Hello Shredders
I have a bit more to talk about today , than over the last few days, so here we go.
Im in Massachusets at my grandparent's house now. The travelling pretty much took up my whole noontime today.
However i got up nice and early today to use the treadmill again. Today I ran my mile at 9 mph and made it in 6:40 min, which is 13 seconds less than yesterday. Im really starting to get back into running mood since i tried out the treadmill.
But most of all i'd like to ask you at this point, what how long your timed mile is.
As you see, i created a new sidebar, similar to that of the push-up challenges.
Please leave a comment if you knw your time, and ill add you.
Dont worry, its not a challenge and you cant lose anything.
Should there be enough enthusiasm, i will probably open a challenge lateron though.
Please leave your thoughts in form of a comment on this idea(yes i like organizing challenges....and yes, im high on positive pressure...)
Also I want to announce, that ill be covering up for the rest of my vacation.
Ill take pictures of myself, wearing clothes, till im back in germany. I know of a few people who tried this in the shreddersphere and had some success with this method, including guru adam waters.Ill be starting Mission 2 when i arrive back in germany as well. i just have to figure out the parameters for this.
Ill update you on that soon.
To my pushup-challenge, i managed 185 today, as planned. i altered the original plan as my father interfered yesterday. So instead of 175 its 185 today. Tomorrow is 200.
Well thats all for today.
Good Night
Shred on
Danny

You rock, good run!
Juli(Did yesterday 120 push-ups)
thx juli. Your doing a good job witht he pushups there.
I use the treadmill frequently, but sorry I don't know the time it takes for a mile or km or whatever.
The treadmill's here, although brand new, all suck. They take a lot of button presses to change speed and there is no way doing interval training with short rest or work periods on them. The newer ones with touch screen in built-in TV suck even more :)
I also noticed that treadmills, or even warm-up, seems not to be popular in this part of the world...
i couldnt agree more al. But i mean how long you need for a mile.
Its 4 laps/1600 metres
