Hello Shredders.
Im back from my tournament, just now. No pics today due to that.
Tomorrow im back on track. My nutrition suffered just a bit, as the selection i had over the weekend was pretty poor, and as i said before, eating nothing is worse than eating a bit of something unhealthy in my oppinion.
The scale in the morning will show how bad my eating really was though.
I deffinetely got my cardio and fitness in over the weekend.
I realized again how much faster i have become while on the playing field, and am quite satisfied... but not done yet of course.
To the pushup matter... I have been staying away from all kinds of exercise, that would pressure my chest and therefor didnt feel the pain at all since i left.
Im giving it a try tomorrow again.
Also before leaving i researched chest injuries on the web and the only symptom that matches is the pain.
if my pec was ripped, i should be in constant pain though, and i should notive a swelling and burising, which i dont have in the slightest.
My guess it that i just pulled it a bit instead of an actual rip. I hope to see improvement tomorrow.
Theoretically i have to do 353 pushups a day to complete the 3000 challenge.
You probably can guess how that will go =P

Glad to hear that the chest muscle is feeling better. Take it slow so as not to reinjure it. There will be another time for push ups.

Hey Danny,
It will take a few days to show up on the scales. I read it a while back that the body takes 2 - 3 days to convert excells calories into fat and hence excess weight!! Take it easy with that pulled muscle, if it 's a bad pull then it can sometimes take a few weeks to heal up properly.

Surprizingly i cant feel any pain in my chest at all today.
Hope it is healed up.
Good to hear your chest pain is starting to disappear! Take it easy and don't stress it too much immediately!
Today I was able to do my first pushup for max reps attempt while in Manila. I was able to do 52 today!
