Day 56 --> M1 P2 Day 51

Hello Shredders.

Today i actually had a busy day.
I went swimming for several hours before heading off to softball training.
Im reallly worn out now.

Bad news is, that when i attempted pushups again today i felt the pain increase.
Its now at the same level as the first day when it happened.
In other words: My days off didnt do squat for healing.
Im going to a doctor tomorrow, maybe he can figure it out.

This probably means for the near future: less gym and more cardio.

Well thats it for today.

Hey Danny. Hope the doc figures it out. You are pretty lean at the moment and I'd hope that you would be doing more weights, more food and LESS cardio.

I love the concept mike, but sadly it doesnt coinside with my ripped pec.
It really hit me, how much i use my chest on most workouts.

Hope the pain in your pec is just overuse and not something worse. Let it heal, and then add some mass!

nono... apparently the doctor is closed on wednesday afternoons.
I wont be going anytime soon i guess.
Im heading off to a softball tournament taking up the weekend on friday.
I dont need the guy to give me an appointment in the middle of the tournament.
Ill stick with abs and cardio till then i guess.
