Hello shredders.
Weather was nice today, and hence i went swimming again.
I tested myself on the 500 meter swim today. For my Phase 2 goal i needed to make it in 14 minutes and 30 seconds. I made it today in 13 min and 5 sec.
Major improvement since last time i checked.
The last time it was at 15 min 30 sec.
That means, i improved by almost 2 and a half minutes !!!
Well my chest is still really a pain. Im starting to believe that i tore a muscle...
However i took it slow today and did 50 pushups for the challenge.
Tomorrow im going swimming again if the weather stays even remotely close to the conditions it has now.
Well thats it for today.

Amazing improvement in your swimming, Danny! Hope I could do something like you did sometime. I've always been fond of swimming, but pools are hard to come by where I'm from.

thanks ron, and yeah i know what you mean. Our local outdoor pool is closing after sunday for the year.
All thats left then is the indoor pool that opens at very limited times...

Well actually its split right now.
My family is kind of getting used to me beeing thin. I usually wear a t-shirt, so they cant really follow my improvement.
Im keeping the blog a bit hidden, as i dont need the motivation-leeches to start biting.
But actually its funny when i see people, i dont see that often, like my grandparents here in germany or friends. They are always surprized at the difference, lol.
Im going to the states on vacation soon and since the last time i went there i lost about 40lb.
They saw me at the worst shape of my life and will get to see my at my best in a few weeks, hehe.
