Hey shredders
Just a short post on the accu measure.
I finally managed to get my hands on it at the gym, and the owner even borrowed me it for a few days.
Well ive looked at all the instructions, several times and I came to a result.
Nice to know how dead wrong my scale is on it.
Im currently between 12 and 13 % bodyfat, which a total of 3 people got right in the poll.
I actually gave myself the 18% vote.
Im really surprized with the result.
It seems im in a comfortable zone now.
But i still want to get rid of some exess far around some areas.
Oh yeah by the way, im not sure if im the only one, but when you look at my midsection, you can see that the "love handles" are still more or less there.
Im about to reach a limit on losing weight there. Dont know if you noticed from the pictures, but theres only about 1cm of fat on both sides. All past that is bone.
It seems its in my family to have wider bones than usual(a reason, why BMI never was accurate with me ever, as i have a very large frame), and my hips are no exeption.
Well i just want to clear that up. ill never have a waist like adam or most people due to that.
Thats all for now
Shred on everyone

Hey Danny, these AccuMeasure calipers are actually very inexpensive. I bought a 2 pack from eBay for like 10 or 15 bucks.
Here is an article from Tom Venuto that you might want to read.
Symmetry: How To Develop A Classical Body Shape
Quote from Tom: "Why does his waist look 28 inches, when its actual measurement is 32 inches?"
I see AL.
The pics will do me a good service, and if i can measure it at the gym once in a while, im fine.
Thanks for the article by the way.
I'd need to pack on alot or upper body muscles and broaded my legs, to make my waist look smaller.
Well maybe ill try that someday, lol.
But what i need now is more of a practical body, so i am strong, and yet flexible to do the job i want in the air force.
A good article though. Thanks for the link.
Danny, congrats on your entry into the ShredderSphere.
