Hello readers
Revised goals, yes i have some. Since im rather trying to gain muscle than just lose fat, i wont be dropping down to 85 kg so soon.
I made that goal, thinking that i was 26-27% bodyfat(my piece o' crap-scale).
However this is not accurate. Im somewhat confident that its visible.
Ive already received comments on one of my older posts, confirming it.
Anyhow ill get to the point.
Goals for phase 2:
1: Gain a well defined 4 pack(maybe a hint of nr 5&6 if possible)
2: Run 1.5 miles(6 laps) in 10 min and 30 secat least(might up this goal, if i reach it early)
3: Swim 500 metres in under 14 minutes(im currenly at 15.20)
4: 60 Push Ups in total(and in time frame of 2 minutes, without compromising proper form)
5: Do 8 Pull Ups
6: Increase of upper body strength in total. Ephasising the core.(should assist with running and swimming)
Well thats it. Several of the goals, are goals i need to reach to pass a certain phisical test for the air force sometime in october, so i can get the job i want.
Its called the PAST(Phisical Aptitude and Stamina Test). Its needed when applying for some special-forces jobs in the Air Force.
That by itself is in incredibly PRW for me since i applied for the AF.
I want to do as well as possible, as i know that a special forces job isnt to be taken lightly.
Well now to my day today.
I went to the gym this morning, and continued my weight lifing and runnig programm.
I cant tell you how much i miss my old treadmill.
But maybe its a positive factor on a weight gain mission.
Todays meals were a little lower on protein than usual, but still in the zone. No worrys there.
Tomorrow ill be at some softball games all day, ref'ing, and playing in several myself. That will be my training tomorrow.
On sunday we have another round of softball games, but then its just playing for once instead of ref'ing.
The forecast however promises us a very crappy and rainy weekend, so it might be canceled.
But hey, noone really knows how the weather is going to be :)
Well thats it for today.
Ill see you guys tomorrow
Shred on
Good Night
Danny
P.S.: 39 push ups today, for the push up challenge. Sorry for missing out on the challenge recently.
