Day 38 --> M1 P2 Day 33: Sucess

Hello shredders

Well as my previous post said, i am now taking a different approach at shredding.
As described i had my 6 meals today.

protein shake
tuna
chicken and vegetables
protein shake
tuna
protein shake.

I got a total of 270 g of protein in today.

I also had a great workout at the gym today, pushing myself to my limit.
Ill be heading there tomorrow morning again.
I also got in a full HIIT session on the treadmill at the gym.

Well as you see my day was a full success sofar.
I want to thank everyone who replyed to my last post, for the great advice.
Ron, ill see if i can get a hand on one of those calipers :)

Hey Danny,
Are you doing some sort of split routine? Muscle grows during recovery from exercise. So you must have rest between workouts of same body part.

pretty much larry.
yesterday i trained my back and chest mainly, with a light shoulder training.
Today im hitting biceps, triceps, shoulders and legs.

btw, its tehe first time i had DOMs in my lower back =P

Ill try it out on monday. Should add some intensity to the exercise.
