G'day Shredders.
I have no tale to tell today.
I cancelled the workout I planned today, and instead studied for some of the written tests. I didnt want to stress my muscles today, as that might sabotage my phisical stamina/endurance and strenght tests tomorrow and the coming days.
During my stay, i wont be able to bring any food, so i cant prepare.(its a military base, so i cant bring in food, as im not a soldier or nothing)
However, i reckon that the food i will get there will be sufficient for my diet.
Ive got 1.9 kg to go till the 10th of august if im going to reach my goal. Im currently in the best shape of my life, so even if i fail that, it will be worth the effort.
Before I go to bed id like to thank my frequently commenting shredders for their support and positive pressure. I really appreciate you guys.

Hey Danny,
Good idea giving your muscles a break and I'm sure you'll do fine with your diet while you're away! You've really shown improvement quickly and it's clear that you're in the best shape of your life.
btw...Thanks for the heads up on the push up contest...however I don't know much about it?

(Tuesday) 36 push-ups. Ok, my mind is now setting limits on how many push-ups I will be able to do. I need to push through the mental barrier. 36 is a personal best for me.
