Day 26 --> M1 Day 20

Hey Shredders.

I was a somewhat uneventfull day today.
No cardio. However i did hit the gym for 2 hours today, to get in my workout.

Since I dont have anything to say about today's occurances, ill talk about a promise/challenge I have set myself.
On the 11.11.2008, there will be some kind of carneval/cosplay festival around here.
SO, given that I am still here(not in the Air Force by then), 2 friends and I will go that party, totally ripped, as Spartans from the movie 300.
May sound a bit cheesy, but in my oppinion it kicks up the positve pressure another notch.
This means, that till the 11th of november I will have to have a well defined sixpack :)
We are trying to get a few more people into it so, we could actually have more of a army( i dont believe, that we'll manage to gather 300, haha =P)

P.S.: just as a reminder, i wont be blogging from monday morning till thursday afternoon, as im going down to the base in Ramstein to take my military tests.

I think what you are doing to transform your body is great! I think the Spartan goal is a great one and one I would participate in If I were near you. Looking at your blog you've really improved a lot! It's actually quite inspiring!

Massive improvement over 20 days, Danny! Good luck on your tests with the Air Force.

Still 42 pushups today for me :( Must still be tired from my workout this morning.

Dont worry ron. Real Improvement comes gradually, so there will naturally be some points where nothing happens.
I only test myself every second day, to give my body a bit of time to reecover from the pushup training day.

I surfed the RTP blogroll a couple weeks ago and saw your blog. MUCH improvement from the last time I checked it! Keep going dude :)

Also, have you considered trying the real Spartan 300 workout?

I doubt, that its allowed in these times, otherwise id be on it.
