Day 25 --> M1 Day 19: All time best

Hello readers.

Like i promissed i did my cardio today. I actually upped it quite a bit.
I went from doing 80 km to doing 105 km.
My ultimate goal was actually 100 km in one ride.
Its nice to exeed set goals, i can tell you that.
Well no cardio till next week, since todays session really burned out my legs.
Tomorrow I will be hitting the gym at noon with a couple of friends.

Some Updates on the Push up challenge:

Danny: 35 Push Ups
Difference: + 3 Push Ups
Total Difference: + 10 Push Ups

Larry: 33 Push Ups
Difference: + 3 Push Ups

Ron: 38 Push Ups
Difference: + 2 Push Ups

Dude - I think I detect a two pack starting to appear. That cardio is burn'n you up! Yup, that's a two pack. The six can't be too far behind.

I've had a one-pack all my life as well. Hope this effort will let me find the others.

Pushups today (02 Aug) = 42
