Day 22 --> M1 Day 16: Gym

G'day readers

Sorry for not making this blog entry yesterday. I was having a strong stomache-ache thoughout ther evening and went right to bed.

Anyways, here I go.
As promised, i did my cycling yesterday. And like i said, i upped it by another 10 km.
The weather was exellent for biking, as the sun was blocked by clouds and a lot of the humidity was gone. Only in the last minutes it started getting stormy, but luckily without rain.
I was constantly thinking about how many km i should do. 80 or a hundred? its only 20 km difference afterall. But as the winds picked up and lightining started flashing around me, i knew id have to wither settle with 80 km or with 100 km + wet clothes.
So i went with 80 km for now.
Tomorrow, if the weather isnt terrible im going to add another 10 km to my ride.
Also im noticing that my rides are taking up quite some time of the day. Yesterday i went cycling for roughly 4 hours before arriving back home.

Now to the headline of this post.
GYM.
I found one and the opportunity to get there 3-4 times a week.
I signed a contract lasting 4 months and payed all upfront. A total of 130 euros.
After i signed i went right to work out at the for 1 and a half hours.
Now i have even more positive pressure pushing me forward.

Good work on finding a gym! Also, nice move on paying up front, that will keep you motivated to put in your hours there.

I'm also thinking of trying out your pushup challenge! This should help me strengthen my chest muscles, which is one of my weaker parts.
