Day 21 --> M1 Day 15: Cooling down

Hello shredders.

No, the cooldown isnt in the weather regrettfully, but in my workout today.
No cardio today. i got in my push up routine day 3 finished, and am now moving to week 2 of the programm.(http://www.hundredpushups.com/)
Otherwise, i also continued my push up challenge.

Danny: 30 push ups

Difference: + 3 push ups

Total Difference: + 5 push ups

Once again, if you want to join the challenge just leave a comment. Im updating it every 2 days, and till someone reaches 50 push ups

I kept doing small sets of pushups throughout the day as my workout.Also i did some practicing with my katana(yes i have a katana. I bought it a year ago)
I can tell you, that this is deffinetely cardio for the whole body.
Got me sweating intensely in just a few minutes.

Well thats it for my workout today. My nutrition for today worked out quite good as well.
Tomorrow I will be going for some more cycling.
And if the weather isnt too terrible I might just add another 10 km to my last session of 70 km.

I'm game for your push-up challenge. What the drill?

Cool larry.
Just do your max pushups every second day, and look at your progress.
First one to increase pushups by 100 % since the beginning of the challenge wins and gets a free snack/award meal/cheat meal.
For me its going from 25 to 50 pushups.
Ill possibly repeat the challenge again later when this one is completed.

OK - - I did 30 good push-ups this morning. (Wednesday) Will give it a go again on Friday.

60 push-ups would be an amazing accomlishment for me. But, Im up for the challenge.
