Day 20 --> M1 Day 14: Fried

Hello shredders.

Well today, as i promised in yesterday's post i did my cardio again and upped it by 10 km. 70 km in total, while the sun kept frying me all along.
Today I experienced something a bit strange and encouraging happened during my cardio.
You see, When i cycle i usually go around a huge lake about 5-6 times or more + the way there.
However i seem to be the only one of my kind, as most peole go 1 round and then quit.
The most ive ever seen someone else do was 3 rounds.
Today was no different, however today after starting my 6th round someone asked me if i was already on my 5th round, which surprized me a bit, as i didnt see him biking at all but once today.
Im not sure how he knew, that i was biking for about 2 hours already. Maybe he was sittting on one of the benches on the side.
Also during the last few rounds i got strange looks from alot of people, that i had passed to the 3rd time or more while they were doing 1 lap.
You might be asking yourself how something like this can be encouraging, but in my oppinion its just how you look at it.
It might be that they are wondering why someone would do such a thing, especially in that heat"what a freak"
Or they might be thinking, that its a good accomplishment to cycle as much in the heat.
However they may think, i comes down to this:I am beeing noticed. My effort is beeing noticed, which means that it is really effort and not some half-assed comfort-zone performance.
Anyways, today's cycling really burnt me out. My legs are really sore right now and have been all day since ive done it. However this nice feeling also came in a package with a nice-strong headache, so i didnt go for my day 3 push up routine today.
Tomorrow im leaving out cardio and going to train my upper body again.

Well my nutrition was pretty good again today, again combined with my very own chicken salad :)

Thats it for today
Good Night

Danny

P.S.: thanks for all the comments.:)

Hey Danny,
You are a real tiger. I hope you are staying well hydrated in such heat and intense exercise. Take care my friend.

Great drive you have there, Danny! I hope I can develop the same determination as you. Make sure you use some sunblock (if you weren't using it yet) next time you ride.

Thanks you two. Actually i always carry my 1.5 litre bottle of water with me for the long rides.
Ive had countless suburns in my life and now i seem to be somewhat resistant to it, so i dont use sunblock that much.
