Hey Shredders
No pic today since i just had a huge meal with tons of milk on the side. In short, im bloated.
I usually take pics lateron in the night, since ive been accustomed to staying up till 3-4 am, browsing the blogs and the web for new info on training and on the air force. Want to get back into sleeping at better times from now on. (going to bed at 12 and getting up at 8)
It snowed ALL day today. Swimming was dropped because i didnt have the car availible to get to the pool today.
Anyways, i did some work with the dumbells and did some calistenics.
Im seeing ron getting really good with the pushups since i hit my recent max.
So i thought that id best not fal behind and did some as well.
I went for pushup max, with the goal to do at least 57 and ended up doing 62!
I guess the benching ive been doing at the gym recently is starting to show effect.
Thats all for today i guess.
Tomorrow is the big Gym day again where ill train for at least 3 hours.
Quads are still in a world of hurt though, so im not sure, how much i will train them tomorrow.

Awesome work on your push-up count Danny! I know how you feel about sleeping, I got in a bad habit of staying up way too late just before I left Japan, it really does affect your energy the next day.Shred on man,

Hey Danny,
great job on the push-ups. Good you want t change your sleeping-habits. As it is almost winter noe in Gemany you will receive your as much as possible daily dose of vitamine D during the shorter day-period.I was accustomated to this habit as well when I studied, I was really an owl.Now I am working myself to become a real "early bird".

Adam: Sleep really is vital. Im noticing it more and more.

Wow, thats new to me. I take a small vitamin capsule every day since a few weeks and vitD is included. Thanks for the info juli
