Day 134 --> M2 Day 52

Hey Shredders

Productive day today.
Though i only went swimming for an hour today, i went to the gym for 1 and a half hours and liftd hard and big!.
The weighted suqts really left some soreness in my legs.
Any day with new DOMS is a good day, hehe.

Im still sticking to the mik diet, and its serving me well.
Today I actually managed to eat what i need to bulk.
Split in 3 meals though.
Salmon, Brokoli and Potatoes for the first meal.
Oatmeal in Milk for the second meal.
2 Tuna Sandwiches(each sandwich, one can of tuna) for the third meal.
And with the meals and several times inbetween meals I had milk.

Ate cleaner today than any time in recent memory.
Looks like part2 of this mission is coming together nicely now.

I missed all the hoopla about your milk diet...sounds very interesting, so wish you well on it. You do so much exercise. Amazing! Surely you´ll reach goal so fast!
