Day 133 --> M2 Day 51

Hey Shredders

Back to training today.
I went swimming for 2 hours today. Today alot more intense than usual. Its funny when your head gets red from swimming, lol.

Tomorrow is gym and swimming again.

Also I still get surprized at my weight, since i am not gaining. Im actually equal to my personal best right now.
I need to eat even more i guess. It seems i still have a calorie defecit.
I dont want to lose any more weight.
Of course this is partially because i didnt eat alot during my sick day and rest day.
Its really tricky to get back into the "eat a lot" mood, once youve rid yourself from it once.

Hey Danny,
I wonder if you are lifting heavy enough? You are still doing a lot of cardio. I see where Ron is doing the 5x5 program. stronglifts.com)And Mike Groom - well, he is just a heavy lifting animal - - haha Mike.

Maybe you need to be putting more demand on heavy lifting so your body resonds by adding the needed muscle.

You might also go get a bodyfat comp done to see exactly what is going on.

As they say.. GO HEAVY or GO HOME

lol, yeah im lifting alright. Im still sore allover from my last gym visit.
The cardio i still do, but i doubt that swimming will do damage to my efforts.
Figure that im only lacking the "EAT BIG" part of the equasion.
