Hey shredders
A rest day for me today.
I took no picture for this reason.
Ive been feeling a bit strange today and at the end of the day i had a fever appearing.
Its 5 am now, and im only awake now, because i wake up every 15 minutes since 12 pm.
Cant sleep, so i figured, that id take a moment to write this post.
Anyhow ive had incredibly sore abs today. It beat all previous DOMS on my abs, im sure of that.
Now to something Ive been doing since i started bulking.
Each day i drank about 3 litres of milk, for the protein(and gthe taste of course, lol). I think that this new habit will pay off very soon in the second half of my mission. Feel free to leave a comment, if you have some criticism for this new habit.
I dont know if i will be doing anything tomorrow. Depends on how i feel healthwise.
Anyways thats all for now.

Hope you're getting a good day's rest. I'm drinking a bit more milk these days too, when I have cereal and with my post-workout protein. Are you drinking non/low fat milk, or whole? I think it's not bad to drink lots of milk as long as you still stay within a reasonable energy surplus. With the amount of exercise you do, you might well be burning it off.
low fat milk, since its the one my family likes best and is always availible.
And yeah, i dont shoot past the calorie goal becauser of the frequent exercise.

i guess theres a reason, parents tell their children to drink milk to become big and strong, lol.
