Hey Shredders.
I went to the city-run thing and did the 3k. It deffinetey took it out of me.
Out of roughly 400 people i came in 43rd.
Pretty happy with the result, pretty much in the top 10%(or almost)
Otherwise i did some calistenics today.
Regretfully, due to the holiday and weekend i wasnt/wont be able to go swimming at all till tuesday. Cant wait to get back to it.
Anyhow nutrition was better today, and on maitnance level.

P.S.: I forgot to take the pic in the morning so i did after the run. Not really a prioblem, only that i drank almost 3 litres of water right before this. So the pics aren't that good.

Adam: thanks adam. Momentum is what you need after the first push and im certainly not lacking that right now, lol.
andrew: welcome back,and you got it andrew. Do your pushups in one set, without your knees touching the ground or sagging in the middle(just good form push ups), and keep doing it till you end up in a pile of jello, lol.
The goal was originally to double the cound, but depending on your current count (if its 40 or more) you probably should go with a goal of improving by 50%.
Ill put you in the list. Just leave a comment with your max pushups in one set, and ill update it as we go.
