Hey Shredders
Im here to present my Mission 2 goals and the mission's background.
Mission 2 will last a full month. I dont know exactly when i am beeing shipped off to basic training, but its possible, that ill be gone in early november. My recruiter still has to give me the date for departure.
So this will be my final and hardest effort before i leave.
Should i end up leaving later than planned, i will probably book this down as phase one, as i did with mission 1.
I want to put pressure on pull ups now more than ever.I have been slacking on that training aspect due to lacking possibilities.
I want to boost my 1 mile sprints as well in this month.
To prevent muscle loss, im going to keep eating more than i am used to, but will be burning even harder.Thats why my Mission is entitled: Burn BIG!
My goals are:
- Reach a six pack.(even if poorly defined in the beginning)!!!
- Reach 10 Pull Ups!!!
- Reach 65 Push Ups!!!
- Run a 6 Minute Mile!!!
- Run 1.5 Miles in 9 Minutes!!!
- Swim 50 meters underwater(not deep but long)!!!
- Swim 500 metres in 12 Minutes!!!
- Hold Breath Underwater for 2:30 minutes
Those are my Goals for the 1st of November
here's where i am at now:
- Poorly defined 4 Pack
- 5 Pull Ups
- 43 Push Ups
- 6:43 min Mile
- 10:05 min for 1.5 Miles
- 35 Meter Underwater
- 13:03 for 500 Meter Swim
- 1:40 min breath holding underwater.
And here for your reading pleasure, how much i need to improve in particular:
- add 2 pack to the 4 pack to attain 6 pack(lol)
- Improve by 5 Pull Ups
- Improve by 22 Push Ups
- Improve by 43 seconds on 1 mile run
- Improve 65 seconds on 1.5 mile run
- Increase by 15 Meter underwater
- Improve 63 seconds on 500 meter swim
- Improve by 50 seconds holding breath
Well there you go. Thats mission 2. Thanks for reading shredders.
Ill see you all tomorrow.
Shred on!
Danny
