Day 79

Hey Shredders

Another day. Another 265 pushups. Again nothing new though.
Ive gained about 1kg since i got here which is very good compared to my previous visits(3-5 kg increase), also this fits with my set goal of bulking a bit.
I hope the pushups are doing their work with the bulking setting now. I wish i had the opportunity to do pull us, but regretfully, i have not yet found any way to work on this.
However we have spotted an actual pull up bar, designed to fit in dorframes.
Of course the doors are not nearly high enough to use them for the idea, but i might be able to rig something up when i get home, so i can do proper pull ups, instead of doing them with our staircase.

Ive also purchased a workout book designed for special forces training. Problem is, that i got it from amazon in the states to send to germany. The delivery wouldnt make it on time if we sent it to where we are staying now, so ill have to deal with this.
Itll take a couple of weeks for the shipping, but i am confident, that it is worth it.

Fantastic that you found a book for the prepartion for the air-force. The author should know....I am also close to buy a rag for the the inside of doors, but as I am really short (5 feet4) I can train indoors easily, ;-).

100 push-ups today, 265 is MASSIVE!

Beeing short has advantages to, lol. Im almost 6 feet and 3 inches, so im kinda too big for the doors, lol.

Nice effort on the pushups, juli. Youve broken your 2000 by the way.
