Day 69

Hello shredders.

Went swimming today in the ocean and in the hotel pool for about 2 hours.
I did my planned 130 pushups, and got 41 in one set now. I think ill make a jump oin those soon, as im changing my nutrition to higher calories than before at the moment.

Also i today found out, that our hotel has a little gym area with a few treadmills, dumbells and 2 weight machines. I didnt have any time today to use them, as we were busy travelling around the area.

Well thats all for today
I dont think ill get any pictures up till im in boston.

Nice little Hotel gyms. Often US hotels without gym have coupons or complementary (or cheap) access to a gym nearby, you just have to ask. Was lucky already a couple of times...

The motor on a treadmill is also important to consider. One indication of the likely longevity of any treadmill is to check out the length of the manufacturer's warranty; the longer the better. The taller a person is the longer their stride and so you'll need to choose a treadmills with a longer and wider belt.

nah, were pretty much right at the beach, and no gym nearby. Also i myself dont have a license over here and cant drive the rental car.
Also were leaving on thursday, so it doesnt really matter that much =P.

I already ran one treadmill to exhaustion. It was somewhat old too, so its probably that.
The treadmiulls here are the same length though.
Beggars cangt be choosers.
